My Mac won't connect to ResNet

Call Apogee at 877-478-8868 and/or try the following:

On your Mac, go to your 'Apple Menu' then your 'System Preferences' folder, then 'Network'.

From there click on the tab that's labeled 'TCP/IP', then from the dropdown box next to 'Configure IPv4' select 'BOOTP'.

Reboot your Mac and your machine should obtain a valid ResNet IP address and be able to access the network/internet.
