SHREVEPORT, LA -- A public lecture by Dr. Allen Lowrie of the Stennis Laboratory in Mississippi will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday (Jan. 16) at Centenary College's Mickle Hall Auditorium.
Lowrie's topic will be "Minibasins and Salt Tectonics along the north Gulf of Mexico." His appearance is under the auspices of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists' Visiting Geologist Program.
