SHREVEPORT, LA -- Stand-up comedian Mark Britten will be at Centenary College Sept. 10 to perform a politically correct routine during which his and his audience's inner thoughts are made known without Britten ever moving his lips.

As his inner thoughts pour out of the speakers, Britten also addresses racial issues while poking fun at the absurdity contained within ethnic stereotypes. Props, musical parodies, and impressions throughout the show set the stage for Britten's musical impression of Garth Brooks, in which he turns Brooks' hit song, Friends in Low Places into Friends of All Races for his grand finale.

The routine will begin at 7 p.m. in the Hargrove Memorial Ampitheatre on the Centenary campus. If it rains, the show will be moved to the Hurley Auditorium. This event is free and open to the public.
