SHREVEPORT, LA -- According to Associate Professor of Physics Dr. Jerry Lisantti, lots of "gee-whizzy" demonstrations will be on the agenda for Centenary's annual Physics and Chemistry Circus, which will be held on Thursday, April 16 at 8 p.m.

The circus is sponsored by Centenary's Physics and Chemistry Clubs. Demonstrations to be presented include walking barefoot on broken glass, making a pickle glow, a LN2 bomb, thermite reaction, a bed of nails and others.

The show will take place in the Hargrove Memorial Ampitheater on the Centenary College campus. It is free and open to the public and should last about an hour.

For more information, contact Dr. Lisantti at 318-869-5219 or by email at lisantti@beta.centenary.edu.
