Drive-through Book Donations Day is Friday, June 5 For Friends of Centenary Book Bazaar

SHREVEPORT, LA -- Volunteers will be on hand Friday, June 5 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. under the maroon-and-white tent near the Meadows Museum, 2911 Centenary Boulevard, to collect books, tapes, records and CDs for Centenary College's annual Book Bazaar.

Donors can drive up to the tent and volunteers will unload their books.

If it rains, or for donations any time, donors can use the waterproof bins at 145 Wilkinson St., Book Bazaar headquarters. For large donations, call the Office of Special Gifts at 869-5103, for pick-up arrangements.

The 12th anniversary Friends of Centenary Book Bazaar will be held Sept. 11-12 in the Centenary Gold Dome.
