SHREVEPORT, LA -- Freshman Eric Mayo (Houston, TX) scored two goals and Aaron Eutermoser (Peachtree City, GA), also a freshman, recorded his first shutout as the Centenary men's soccer team nothced their first win, defeating Oral Roberts 5-0.
Freshman G.B. Cazes (Birmingham, AL) scored what would be the game-winning goal 10 minutes into the game and the Gents never looked back. Eight separate players recorded points for the Gents. The Gents' five goals were two more than their season total through the first five games.
The Gents next play at Mercer, Saturday at 1 p.m. in a Trans America Athletic Conference match.
