SHREVEPORT, LA -- Physics Professor Jerry Lisantti at Centenary College promises that lots of "gee-whizzy" demonstrations will be presented at Centenary's annual Physics and Chemistry Circus Thursday, April 22 at 7:30 p.m.
The program, free and open to the public, is held outdoors in Centenary Hargrove Bandshell. It is expected to last about an hour. The circus is sponsored by Centenary's Physics and Chemistry Clubs.
Demonstrations to be presented include making a pickle glow, various chemical reactions and the smashing of a student on a bed of nails.
