Centenary Mass Communication Association to Host Panel Discussion on Careers in the Mass Media April 8 at Centenary

SHREVEPORT, LA--The Centenary Mass Communication Association (CMCA) will host a panel discussion at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 8 in Centenary's Kilpatrick Auditorium.

Panelists for the discussion will include Sherri Allen, anchor and reporter at KTBS News-3; Hal Bundrick, Forum editor; Jeff Hilder, marketing representative from KDGE radio in Dallas; Carl Pendley, anchor and reporter at KSLA News-12; Lynn Stewart, director of public relations at Centenary, and Mike Whitehead, executive editor of The Times.

The discussion will center around careers in the mass media.

Panelists will discuss their respective careers and educations, offer advice to students concerning careers in mass communication and answer questions from the audience.

This event is free and open to the public.
