Gents Host Arkansas-Little Rock on Feb. 15

SHREVEPORT, LA -- The Centenary Gents host their second-to-last home game Tuesday (Feb. 15) when the Arkansas-Little Rock Trojans come to the Gold Dome for a 7:05 p.m. game.

The Gents (8-16) will be looking to get back on the winning side of the board after dropping their last two games to Wichita State (53-40) and Texas A&M Corpus Christi (91-83).

Arkansas-Little Rock (4-14) has been having its share of problems as well, as first-year coach and former NBA and Arkansas star Sidney Moncrief has been hit hard by injuries and lack of depth.

The last time these two teams met, Centenary cruised to an easy 63-49 win in Alltel Arena in Little Rock on Dec. 8. The Gents were led by Ronnie McCollum's 25 points on 10 of 22 shooting and 5 of 10 from three-point range.

Stan Blackmon was the high scorer for the Trojans with 19 points.

The Gents will close out their home season with Senior Night against Texas College on Thursday, Feb. 24 at 7:05 p.m.
