LADIES REMAIN WINLESS AT MCNEESE STATE

LAKE CHARLES, LA -- The Centenary Ladies' winless streak continues as McNeese State University got the lead in the first half and came away with a 93-54 victory over the ladies in Lake Charles on Monday night.

McNeese (11-12) forced 39 turnovers from Centenary on the night and held the Ladies to 37 percent (19-51) shooting form the field.

Despite that, Centenary (0-26) was led by a stellar performance from both forwards, Prudence Garrison and Kayla Forster. Garrison notched her first career double-double with the Ladies thanks to a 21-point, 16-rebound game. She got her 21 points on nine of 25 shooting from the field, and she also tallied a game-high six blocks.

Forster finished as the only other player in double figures for the Ladies with 12 points and eight rebounds. She shot an efficient five of eight from the field.

McNeese had five players in double figures, led by Kathy Coleman's 18 points. Joining her was Eunice Mayo and Kelly Greig with 14, Angela Karasch with 12, and Wendy Mapp at 11 points.

The Ladies finish their first season since 1984 by the final game of the season against Arkansas-Little Rock on Monday, Feb. 28.
