2004 Book Bazaar General Information

2004 Centenary Book Bazaar Sealed Bid Auction Rules and Listings for Sept. 10-11 Event in Centenary Gold Dome, Shreveport, La.

HOW TO BID
Complete a form and drop it in the box for the item on which you wish to bid. Note the amount of money you will pay for the book.

HOW MUCH TO BID
Bids must meet or exceed the reserve (minimum) amount. If they do not, the item will not be awarded.

WINNING
Bids will be opened at noon on Saturday, Sept. 11, 2004. The item will go to the highest bidder. In the event of a tie, the winner will be chosen by a drawing.

GETTING THE ITEM
Winners will be notified of their winning bid. All items will be available for pick-up at the bazaar until closing. After that time, winners will arrange with Book Bazaar staff for pick-up of item. Payment is by check or cash. We will ship if the bidder is out-of-town, but the bidder must agree to pay for shipping costs and must include shipping payment with item payment prior to mailing.
