Centenary Students Sponsor Public Rummage Sale Feb. 26 to Benefit Tsunami Survivors

SHREVEPORT, LA- Students at Centenary College are rallying to raise funds for tsunami relief by sponsoring a benefit rummage sale to be held on Saturday, Feb. 26, from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. in the Centenary Fitness Center.

Items at the sale include furniture, clothing, shoes, household appliances, media and entertainment selections, outdoor recreation equipment, antiques and much more.

All proceeds will go to the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) to support their ongoing efforts to help tsunami survivors.

This charitable event was initiated by Centenary's Chaplain's Office and organized by various student organizations.
