Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Conference Selects Centenary Senior 1 of 25 in Nation

SHREVEPORT, LA — A Centenary College senior, Janis Kelley of Keithville, is one of 25 students in the nation selected by the Omicron Delta Kappa Society, Inc. to attend its signature program, "Campus Leaders Today, Community Leaders Tomorrow."

The event, to be held in June in Pocantico, N.Y., is a national leadership conference with featured speakers in the field of nonprofit governance.

Kelley is a senior majoring in health and exercise Science. She is president of the Centenary Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa. At Centenary, she plays varsity softball, is a resident assistant, co-coordinator of the Developing Centenary Leaders program and a student member of the Conduct Review Committee.

Kelley received campuswide recognition for her leadership skills as an inducted member of the Mark M. Miller Chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary in 2004.
