Centenary to Honor All Donors at Appreciation Reception May 20

SHREVEPORT, LA — Centenary College President Kenneth L. Schwab and the Centenary community will honor supporters of the college at a Donor Appreciation Reception from 5-7 p.m. May 20 at the Symphony House.

The event is being coordinated by the Alumni Connections Committee and will include remarks by members of the Board of Trustees and by Schwab about "What Your Gifts Mean to the College."

The event will also include special recognition of Chat Reed, president of Centenary's National Alumni Association.

Members of the Alumni Connections Committee are chair Mazie Gillen, Class of 1955; Margie Burns '48; Wayne Hanson '51; Patty Lindsey '60; Lynda Beauvais Jones '61; Roy Dupuy '65; Rick Seaton '89; and Christan Weidner '96.

Music will be provided by pianist Suda Beard '68.
