Schedule for Centenary Night on the Boardwalk, Friday, Dec. 8 2006

6 P.M. -- Centenary Choir sings in front of the 40-foot Christmas Tree in the center of the Louisiana Boardwalk

7-8 P.M. and 9 P.M. -- Theater students present one-act plays. The tentative schedule is as follows:
7:00 The Universal Language
7:30 The Grinch's Cider
8:00 The Universal Language
9:00 The Universal Language
9:30 The Grinch's Cider

The Universal Language is a one-act play. The Grinch's Cider is a 10-minute play by Centenary Junior Jenni Loer. Centenary Senior and Theater major Courtney Gaston is directing and Centenary students Thomas Skrmetti and Cheryl Cornacchione are performing.

Throughout the evening and as weather allows: String quartet performances, free gift-wrapping by ZTAs and Chi-Os, free chair massages, toy collection for needy children and a blood drive (under the bridge). In addition, the Allied Health organization will make available: body composition screenings, healthy holiday eating tips, shoe fittings and cancer education.
