Christian Vocalists Bethany Dillon and Warren Barfield to Perform April 1 at Centenary Katrina Relief Benefit for Tulane, Dillard Ministries

SHREVEPORT, LA — Well-known Christian vocalists Bethany Dillon and Warren Barfield will give a benefit performance at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, April 1 in Centenary College's Brown Chapel.

All proceeds from the event will go to the ministries of Tulane and Dillard universities, which were affected by Hurricane Katrina.

Tickets are now on sale and cost $5 for Centenary students with ID (one per student) and $10 for members of the public. To purchase tickets call 869-5156 or email Laura Vaughan at email or Corey Shadd at email.

The program will be the capstone of several days of Katrina Relief events on the campus, including a Coffee House and silent auction from 5-7 p.m. March 29 in Kilpatrick Auditorium; Centenary Night at Chick-Fil-A on Youree Drive from 5-9 p.m. on Friday, March 30; and a Dodgeball Tournament from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, March 31 in the Fitness Center. Entry fee for the Dodgeball Tournament is $25 per team.

The events are sponsored by the Centenary Chaplain's Office.
