Centenary College Residence Life Earns 8 National, 22 Regional Honors from Residence Hall Organization for 2006-07

SHREVEPORT, LA — With three new national awards and seven regional ones
recently announced, Centenary College's Chapter of the National Residence
Hall Honorary is celebrating a year of honors that include eight national
and 22 regional awards from the National Association of College and
University Residence Halls (NACURH) and the Southwest Affiliate (SWACURH).
SWACURH includes some 35 schools in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma.

National Of-the-Month award winners for June 2007 from Centenary, and the
students who nominated them, are:

  • Josh Coco, Executive Board member, nomination written by Cody Andrews
  • Cara Miccoli, first-year student, nomination written by Josh Coco
  • Alysha Wallace, resident assistant, nomination written by Amos Sit

Regional Of-the-Month (OTM) Awards winners and the students who wrote the
nominations for June are:

Centenary will be the site Nov. 8-11 for the regional SWACURH conference.
Some 300 students from colleges and universities in the four SWACURH
