CLC to offer fall and spring study series, "In the Beginning...In the End"

SHREVEPORT, La. (Centenary News Service) — Explore stories of origin and apocalypse with Dr. Susan Brayford, Professor Emerita of Religious Studies at Centenary College when the Christian Leadership Center presents "In the Beginning...In the End" lecture series during the fall 2011 and spring 2012.

The first part of the lecture series, "In the Beginning..." will meet on the second Monday of each month starting in August. Class dates are August 8, September 12, October 10, November 14 and December 12, and meet in Kilpatrick Auditorium from 5:30 until 7 pm. Cost is $10 per lecture at the door, or $40 in advance for all five lectures.

"In the End..." lecture series will meet during the spring 2012 on January 9, February 13, March 19, April 9, and May 14. Lectures will take place in Kilpatrick Auditorium from 5:30 until 7 pm. Cost is $10 per lecture at the door, or $40 in advance for all five lectures.
