Centenary College Partners with the Cyber Innovation Center and Louisiana Tech for Special Presentation

SHREVEPORT, LA — The Centenary College Frost School of Business is partnering with the Cyber Innovation Center and Louisiana Tech University's College of Engineering and Science to host a special presentation by Dr. Tim Elmore on November 7.

Dr. Tim Elmore is the founder and president of Growing Leaders, an Atlanta-based non-profit organization created to develop emerging leaders. Through Growing Leaders, Dr. Elmore and his team provide public schools, state universities, civic organizations, and corporations with the tools to develop young leaders who can impact and transform society. Dr. Elmore's curriculum is widely recognized as one of the most effective programs for training and inspiring our next generation of leaders.

Dr. Elmore has written more than 20 books, including the best-selling book series Habitudes: Images that Form Leadership Habits and Attitudes, Life Giving Mentors, and Nurturing the Leader Within Your Child. His latest book, Generation iY: Our Last Chance to Save Their Future, was released in August 2010.

He has delivered leadership training and keynotes to hundreds of academic and corporate organizations in more than 30 countries as well as athletic organizations including the University of Texas, the University of Alabama, and the San Francisco Giants Baseball Club. He has also taught courses on leadership and mentoring at nine universities and graduate schools across the U.S.
