"Using the Fitness Center allows people to take on exercise programs that can change their lives forever," said Cash. "Our Fitness Center helps people find balance in their lives by pushing them physically, mentally, and emotionally. By pushing people in these three areas, they can be better prepared for taking on tomorrow's challenges."

The Fitness Center now contains eight new Precor cardio machines: four treadmills, two elliptical machines, and two upright stationary bikes. The gym and racquetball court floors have also been completely refinished along with a number of other upgrades.
