The Challenge is matching donations to the Centenary Fund for Student Scholarships with a goal of securing $1 million in funds. Currently, more than 90% of students at Centenary receive some degree of financial support through scholarships.

"The return on your investment will be the difference that every Centenary graduate makes in the world...which is priceless," said Mellynn Baker, a 2012 graduate.

The College's Advancement Division has raised over $4 million to date in support of the Centenary Fund for Student Scholarships.

"We have raised significant funds, but still have farther to go to reach our goal," said Fred Landry, Senior Director of Philanthropy. "With one month remaining in this fiscal year, every gift counts. The gifts directly benefit our students, making the Centenary experience and a Tier One National Liberal Arts College education a reality for them regardless of financial circumstances."
