Christian Leadership Center hosts Enneagram Workshop with Herb Pearce
SHREVEPORT, LA — Centenary's Christian Leadership Center will host a two-part seminar on the Enneagram with Herb Pearce '71, Friday, September 21. The Enneagram is a model of the human personality that is used principally as a typology of nine interconnected personality types.
What: Enneagram Workshop
When: Friday, September 21, Enneagram for Beginners 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.; Advanced Enneagram 1:30-4:30 p.m.
Where: Kilpatrick Auditorium, Centenary College
Cost: $25 per session or $40 for both
"Different from most other personality assessments, the Enneagram authentically captures the rich complexity of the human mind," said Maegan Daigle, Assistant Director of Christian Leadership.
The first session, Enneagram for Beginners, will explore the nine types of the Enneagram, and participants will work with Pearce to discover how they fit within the Enneagram system. Advanced Enneagram will dig deeper, and participants will explore more complex components of the model.
Pearce, who holds a M.Ed. in Counseling, has taught more than 2,000 Enneagram workshops in the last 22 years. He uses the Enneagram in his therapy and coaching practice and specializes in relationship counseling. He is the author of The Idiot's Guide to Power of the Enneagram, Herb's Tips for Living and the soon-to-be-released Enneagram for Advanced Students. His book and a DVD will be available for purchase at the workshop.
