Ten Centenary students inducted into honor society
SHREVEPORT, LA — Ten Centenary upper class students were recently inducted into the College's Alpha Chi Honor Society, an organization that promotes academic excellence and exemplary character among college students throughout all disciplines.
The following students were inducted on Wednesday, April 17:
"This year we have such a great group of inductees," said Kristi Kohl, Magale Reference Librarian and co-sponsor of the College's chapter. "Each student has shown leadership abilities and talents in tremendous ways on our campus."
In order to qualify for membership, students must be in the top ten percent of their class and must be nominated for induction.
Established in 1922, Alpha Chi National College Honor Society has over 400 chapters at institutions across the nation.
