This year Reverend Valerie Robideaux, Director of Professional Discernment and College Chaplain; President David Rowe; and President Emeritus Donald Webb will lead the service with separate reflections.

"The Candlelight service will be comprised of three pieces: The Coming of Peace, The Coming of Justice, and The Coming of Hope," said Robideaux "We look forward to worshiping and reflecting with these matters in mind—topics that are especially meaningful to the Centenary family. This Christmas Candlelight will be a beautiful service to help us prepare for the Advent season."

The Centenary College Choir, under the direction of Dr. David Hobson, and Camerata, under the direction of Professor Cory Wikan, will provide the music for the Candlelight Service. Organist Dr. Hollice Watson and a brass ensemble will accompany them. In addition to the choral performances, the choirs will lead the congregation in singing traditional hymns. The service will close with the lighting of candles and singing Silent Night.

World House students Calvin Davis, Chris Follins, and Kalie Hughes will participate as scripture readers. A reception for all participants and attendees will follow in the Magale Library Foyer featuring special guest, Santa Claus.
