Centenary in Paris: An Exhibition by First-Year Students hits off Saturday, August 23 at 4:30 p.m.

"This exhibit is unique because it is so multidisciplinary," said Dr. Lisa Nicoletti, Professor of Art History & Visual Studies and Meadows Museum Interim Co-Director. "We have students from every section participating in this exhibit. Students in the Bohemian Visions course are installing the pieces after studying museum display in Paris and back in Shreveport at Art Space and the Norton Art Gallery. It's a great and rare opportunity for freshmen to start their college experience with an exhibit at a nationally accredited museum."

The exhibition will kick off with a reception Saturday, August 23 at 4:30 p.m. at Meadows Museum. Students, parents, members of the Centenary family, and community members are welcome to attend the grand finale of Centenary's first immersion term.
