Due to inclement weather, Centenary College of Louisiana will be closed on Monday, February 23

SHREVEPORT, LA — After monitoring weather conditions and projections for approaching inclement weather and hazardous traveling conditions, College officials announced that Centenary College of Louisiana will be CLOSED and all classes and planned activities (including evening classes) will be CANCELED for Monday, February 23. Community members should continue to check centenary.edu and the College's official social media channels for further updates.

Winter Weather

A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect from Sunday evening through Monday evening. Freezing rain and sleet accumulations of up to one half inch are possible on both Sunday and Monday. Everyone is urged to remain vigilant to changing weather and travel conditions and to exercise caution when walking on campus. Travel may become hazardous Sunday. Be prepared for slippery roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving if you must be on the roads.
