Centenary will honor outstanding alumni and friends of the College at annual Alumni Awards Luncheon

Alumni Awards Luncheon

SHREVEPORT, LA — Centenary College's annual Alumni Awards Luncheon will take place on Friday, October 23, 2015, from 12 — 1:30 p.m. in the Haynes Fitness Center Gym. One of many Homecoming week events, the Alumni Awards Luncheon is a chance to honor members of the Alumni Association and promote and recognize engagement in the Centenary community. Recipients are nominated throughout the year and chosen by a committee based on these nominations.

"We are thrilled to be honoring the most deserving members of the Centenary community at our annual luncheon again this year," said Saige Solomon, Director of Alumni & Family Relations at Centenary. "As an alumna of Centenary, I can truly say that our alumni are like no other—they are proud of their school and go above and beyond in their contributions to both the Alumni Association and the College as a whole. Additionally, we have many friends of the College that treat Centenary like their own and we joyfully recognize those individuals as Honorary Alumni and Honorary Athletic letter recipients."

Centenary invites the community to join the College in honoring the 2015 Alumni Award Recipients. Individual, open seating tickets for the luncheon are $30 per person, and reserved tables of 10 can be sponsored for $400. Tickets may be purchased online via the Homecoming Website or by contacting Saige Solomon at 318.869.5115 or email.
